Rpm in google adsense means Revenue per thousand impressions,it means how much you earn for 1000 impressions on your website,so if your page views are 400 and you have earned 4 $ your rpm is going to be 10 % which is very good,normally the cpc is between 3-5 % ,so you can increase your rpm by increasing the traffic on your site and the clicks on the ads also.
